As well as having our own Finance House, we operate as a multi-finance agent, where terms, rates and conditions vary for each company depending on the status of the customer and the type of vehicle.

Just because another lender rejects a deal does not necessarily mean the customer has to pay a higher rate. When faxing a proposal to us, we recommend that you indicate the rate as originally quoted. London & Surrey will try to match the rate offered or notify you of the best rate possible.
